Air Transportation Options For This Event Package

Option 1:

Celebrity offers motor coach transfers to and from the Rome (FCO) airport. Should you elect to provide your own air transportation, note that transfers from the Rome (FCO) airport to the ship are not included but are available for purchase from Celebrity and are available only on Friday, 9/19/25. 

Schedule your arrival into the Rome (FCO) airport, allowing plenty of time for possible flight delays! Arrive no later than 1:00 PM on 9/19/25. 

Return flights from Rome (FCO) should NOT be arranged before 11:00 am on Monday. 9/29/25. 

​If you wish to purchase Celebrity Transfers, you must submit your flight schedule in writing to The Cruise Vacation Authority no later than 30 days before sailing.

Option 2:

The Cruise & Vacation Authority will work with you to make any air arrangements for air arrangements pertaining to this cruise. In addition, we can arrange for independent pre- or post-cruise hotel stays. Note, booking fees will apply.

Option 3:
You can make your own independent air and transportation arrangements.
